What? If somone's Schengen visa application is refused.

I need some information regarding the Schengen visa applications, please guide me.

Suppose if someone's Schengen visa application is rejected by any embassy then would it effect negatively on his future visa applications? Will any other Schengen visa issuing embassy discriminate that applicant on the basis of his past visa application refusal?

I just want to confirm that Schengen visa application refusal effects on someone's profile for his future visa applications or not??? Suppose right now I apply for Schengen visa but do not fulfill the requirements like financial funds etc. but later I am in a position to fulfill all requirements.

Hello owais.truefriend,

Every visa application is decided on the information that relates to the applicant AT THAT POINT IN TIME.

Having said that, if you have a Schengen Area visa denied it will do no good to apply for your visa through another Schengen Area country's Consulate since the circumstances have not changed and they will also share information, so the original denial will have an enormous effect on the application.

If at some point in the future your circumstances change substantially and you re-apply, that application will be judged on its own merits. The previous denial should really have no detrimental effect on the current application.
