Want to work in seychelles

HI EVERYONE
     this is asif  from bangladesh chittagong.i want to lead my life in seychelles i want to work in seychelles.i have experience in front desk/receptionist,customer relationship,call center, catering, shop attendant, waiter, currently i m living in bangladesh so can any body help me how can i get a job in seychelles i mean working visa?
