I am a Firefighter in Phoenix, Arizona in the USA & my family & i have the opportunity to move to Luxembourg. Does anyone know what it takes to be a firefighter in Luxembourg?

You should post an advert or your resume in the Construction and Civil engineering jobs in Luxembourg if you are job hunting at the moment

Perhaps you should contact the International Fire Center of Luxembourg to see if they are recruiting at the moment. They are better suited to help you in this matter.
