Living in Kanagawa

Hi!, I need some guides to find a job in Yokohama or Yokosuka. Does anybody know where should I go and seek for the jobs..such as bilangual jobs or agriculture job like fruit plucking or such.
I really need to be back to my wife(japanese) and our kids. By the way, I am Malaysian.
So, if there is anybony read this message...please give some tips and guides.Thanks in advance.
