Hi there! My name is Bill and I hail from Ann Arbor MI, USA...I am heading that way very soon as I am in desperate need of a new experience and challenge. I have been a professional/classically trained European Chef for a number of years and have, in my spare time, been educating myself over the last 4 years. I am just finishing up a Masters in Education and I also have a 120 hr TEFL cert. Soooo..... will be looking to try my hand at a teaching English gig in Phnom Penh. Having already had one successful career as chef it stands to reason that I am a little older than a few, but at 49 am still pretty spry and ready to give this new challenge a go. Definitely looking forward to meeting some new and interesting people both before and after I get into town...
