I would like to know how can somebody immigrate to AUSRALIA, I am a human resources Specialist , Currently woking as a Humanitarian in DRC , I am a Congolese 31 years old .

I suggest you do a Google search for whatever type of job you are looking for.
To be honest you will find it hard to get a job here. The government is making it very hard to get the 457 skilled migration visa, which is the one you would be getting. The idea is to employ locals first.
