Hi, me and my family are stuck in Saudi as we have been trying to renew our iqamas, for two weeks and our file is not appearing in the Passport department and no GRO is able to know why.
They are saying they need the sedad receipt but our sponsor is not answering as he is travelling. Our status is white in the MOI website which means we are OK, we went 10 times and no one knows why our file is not getting activated. Can someone help us please. Me and my sister have jobs abroad and we could lose them. Canadian embassy said they cannot help.

I went into the relevant sites, and it shows fees paid by sponsor - but we don't have the bank receipt.
