anybody help please

my husband applied for my visit visa 2 days before
today status is showing, forward application again with correct information

now we are looking whats wrong, as husband has put all information same as he did first time

any clue/ guidance what to do

Check names - should be three names
Check other details - information about iqama, sponsor ID , departure location, dependents info and other details in the application

Or approach MOFA and they will tell what is the mistake in the application.
