I think it is possible, if you are living in Andorra La Vella, or St. Julia.. If you live in Ordino, or La Massana, or Encamp, i is still possible, but less comfortable. Even though the busses go every 15 min, itŽs not a walkable area.

Yes, of course. The bus service has improved enormously in the last ten years and you can get around quite easily.
