Arriving in July. Considering the purchase of a smartphone and am debating Samsung S4 vs HTC One. Will use Claro.

Carl,
I went with the Galaxy 3 . Much more reasonably priced than the 4 at this time, and does all the functions you are probably interested in, translation ( speaking ) and navigation.
Claro is very reliable as far as connection and speeds.
