Hi my name is KH Lee and I am a Chinese guy staying in malaysia currently. I am very interested to migrate to Australia preferably Melbourne. Working as a sales manager in wholesale of glasses/optical industry.
I really appreciate if someone who migrate from Malaysia to Australia and tell me about the procedure. Do I need to find a job first or I need to set up a business in Australia to be eligible for PR? I also have a wife and mother and I want to bring them here too.
Can tell me about the expenses I need to stay here and how much is a house with 3 rooms cost for sell or rent in Melbourne?

Applications for migration work on a points system,suggest you attend the Australian consulate in KL to recieve more info
If you desire to bring parents to Australia there can be charges of up to $30000 for a parent ,to offset future costs to the goverment for medical expense
