are there families who live near to Sirraj(Tripoli)? My wife and my 18 months old son will be here in about two weeks. It would be nice for my wife and son when they meet new friends. We speak Turkish German and English.

Many expats live in Sirraj and Janzour (adjoining Sirraj). You should not have any problem finding like minded families to socialize with in that area.
