It depends on who you would like to lease the flat for: students, employees, VIP, etc. You should go to expressz.hu to check around.

Hi,
Can anyone here recommend a property management firm they are satisfied with? Or warn me about one instead?
Our lovely little house in Szigetmonostor will be available for rent once we leave the country. We hope it might appreciate in value in the long run so we'd like to avoid selling it at the current prices.
