hello, for family you can try, setiabudi residence or sunrise residence both location are in South Jakarta.

Google Apartment Jakarta or Sewa Apartment. Choose the location near your working place! Very important.

The first thing we also need to know in addition to the number
of your family member and room you require os your budget and
the area you will be working as it is prudent to live not to
far due to jakarta heavy traffic.

it seems that half of the week i'll work in Cilegon, while the other half in Jakarta
so i would prefere (and some of my friends suggested also) to live in Karawaci

minimum requirements:
- 3 bedrooms
- min 2 bathroom
- fully furbised
- air conditioner in all the places/rooms (here use to be minus 25 degrees in the winter!!)
- building of minimum 120 square meters
- to be located in very safe place
- close to a very good international school (can you send me some link?)

nice to have:
- chitken fully equiped
- small garden arround the house
- walking distance to the school
- pool, and soo on
