Offer from red category company

Dear all,

I have been offered a job from a company in Riyadh. The package is good enough for me to consider. The company is giving me "Engineer" visa.

I asked the representative of company about the category (red, yellow, green) in which his company lies and whether I will be issued iqama immediately. He didn't tell me the category color and told me that the category color has nothing to do with the issuance of iqama. He told me that iqama will be issued to me within 2 months of my arrival.

Kindly tell me:

1. Is he right to say that category color has nothing to do with issuance of new iqama?

2. Those who are hired by red-category company gets the iqama in due time or does this cause the delay?
