And it's only worth it if you find a knowledgeable and trustworthy local(s) to handle to painful bits for you. There are few Libyans on this forum who had probably sent you a kiss-up PM by this point. Do consider the option.

Lots of people with boatloads of money wanting to buy shiny things. Seems attractive to me.
Make sure to find a trustworthy business partner, otherwise have a business plan that recoups all your investment as fast as possible.
