Can someone please guide on what would be the condition of a 2/3 bedroom apartment with a rent of 30,000 riyals per annum be like. I have gone through a lot of websites but have hardly found any pictures or description describing whether the apartments are newly built or not. Second will I be able to get an apartment in this range in an upscale to mid scale area.
