Culinary arts in USA

hey folks....

My name is Prianca and I am from Mumbai, India... I am planning to apply for culinary arts associate program in one of the universities in USA... I have narrowed down to either CHIC (cooking and hospitality institute of chicago) or Newyork ICC (international culinary center)


Anybody who can give me an expert advise on whats da best thing to do.. Job opportunities... Or any other universities that have more better or advanced programs??

Johnson and Wales in Charlotte, NC.

Charlotte is so much more friendly {and cheaper} than Chicago or New York.

J&W is great school and many fine Chefs have come out of there with incredible career opportunities.
