there is two kind of apartments...
Not furnished and furnished
i don't know about furnished apartments...
but i can help u with not furnished apartments
in Al-raid area which is next to KSU is from 30,000 SR to 40,000 per year...
in Erqah area , 5 to 10 minutes from KSU and its range from 25,000 SR to 35,000 SR per year
