Is it legal to bring a decoder into the country?

I would like to know if it is legal to bring into Saudi Arabia a decoder so that I may watch my favorite TV programs from back home. This will be via hot bird satellite.

I don't know if it's legal or not but you can set up a dreambox here.

Well, the last thing I heard about dreambox was: It was no more possible. Has been blocked in all possible ways. I don't know how true is this.

You know better than I do. I've seen it in someone's house but didn't bother to ask if it was working. I've quit watching TV in 2009.
