Buying property in Sierra Leone

I was interested in purchasing property in Sierra Leone as well, have you found out any helpful resources? I'd appreciate any help on the subject.

As I understand it a foreigner cannot purchase property in Sierra leone, or a majority foreign owned company either. the usual option is to lease property either through a local partner, or via a company, I believe the time limits on long term leases are 40 years, but that may have altered.
