Sure there are good no. of expats in jadida. Infact, it is the only city where you can find newly arriving expats in good numbers Because of joint ventures of india, brazil and pakistan etc with ocp group, you can find lot of working professionals there.

Not only expats, i think you can find so many moroccans there who speak english as good as an english man would
