For those interested you can calculate your utility bills using one of the two online calculators
the utility bill calculator that goes beyond 2010 is available here
https://www.mybill.com.mt/ all you need is the start and end dates and the start and end readings for water and electricity - it will then calculate what your charges should be.... based on how many registered consumers are relevant

its more complicated than you might think as theyre are many variables - the bands dont match the way you might think they would or should do....
