I want to visit Algeria to stay with my relattives here and usually for syrian no need for visa to go Algeria but now they are asking for this certificate so please if any Algerian can help me with that I will appreciate it thanx in advance regards ahmad

Maybe your relatives could send you this housing certificate (proof of accommodation). It can be a much more easy process.
