Mistakes on KITAS. Help!

Hi everybody who will read that topic

I just get my kitas that i've been waiting for 6 month and there are 3 mistakes on it

The first mistake is the RT/RW of the address
The second mistake is the POA number
The third mistake is the "according to/Berdasarkan

i don't ask if it's a big deal because for me IT IS a big deal
I just ask if i will have to pay for THEIR stupid mistakes?

I've only had one error in all this time and they simply corrected it.
Just ask and see what they'll do.
Be POLITE and HUMBLE; shouting or getting upset will earn you not a lot and hinder you a very lot.
