I am discussing 2 opportunities in Arusha and Dar for DGM position in insurance industry.
They are offering 3000 USD in saving.
I would appreciate your feedback on the salary offered and general living condition in both the places.

Dear Piyush,
If you are plan to come tanzania, the its good but make sure that Tanzania is not like india. Its too expensive and infrastructure is not like india. In here you have only one life from home to office and office to home.

3000 saving means this is apart from living allowance?
