anyone travelling through Holland to South Bulgaria?

Hi, my family is trying to open a dog shelter in south bulgaria for the many street dogs we have here in our town. We are hopfully going to be re homing around 6 dogs in Holland over the next few months, which is brilliant.
I was just wondering if anyone would be passing through holland to South bulgaria that they would be able to collect some collars, covers etc for the dogs and bring it here to bulgaria with them?
