Luanda sul

Hi

I am considering moving to Luanda Sul and wondered if anyone had any information or general advice on condominiums there?  For info, we would be looking to rent a furnished 1/2 bedroom appt/house with internet, air-con, water tank, generator, and preferably also access to swimming pool.
