New to Al Ain
I am an older, single man with few needs. I would like to find a small apartment or dwelling for one person in central Al Ain. How would I begin? Do I need an agent? What is cost/availability, etc.

finding an apartment in al ain will not be a problem and i heard that the rent there is way cheaper than abu dhabi's. one bedroom apartment may cost about 85,000aed per year...approximately
