Advice and help about moving to Seville

We are an American family, currently living in S.

I did find a house that fits this description in Utrera. However, this might be to far from the city. Does anyone know about Utrera?  Also if anyone knows a English speaking realtor or knows of a home that fits this description that would be great.  I have basically done all I can I can do over the internet.  I have literally contacted all that was available to me.  Thank you so much.
