Hi -
I am an American who inherited some land in my father's village of Veliki Dol (near Cezana). I am considering retiring there, so would like some info on what a foreigner should expect in rural Slovenia. My main concern is xenophobia & what issues I would encounter in building a modest house on the property. Is there anyone on the blog with a similar experience?
