salary

I am a cameroonian, professinally trained in marketing.I have been offered a job in an IT Global company in Brno. I intend moving to BRno with my wife who is not yet employed. With 18250 as net salary  per month can i meet up with the basic necessities  of life( renting an average appartment / flat, buying an average car, three healthy meals perday and saving for rainy days and to retire to my country one day and invest.
