Live music in MU

hello, i am just wondering, what is the live music/bar scene like in MU? were there a lot of musicians playing music in bars and making half decent money?

There is live music at The Beach House Friday and Saturday nights near Grand Baie (possibly Sunday arvo as well not sure) and also most every night at the Banana Club in Grand Baie staring 9.00pm
