Hi!
I would like to know if there are a lot of Call Centers or BPOs in Bahrain. I work as a Customer Service Agent at the moment. I am planning to visit Bahrain this August and with the intent of applying a job. The only position that I can say that I'm well trained is being a Customer Service agent.
Does any one of you here know what are the qualifications for the said position and if I can apply with a Tourist Visa only?
Please advise.

Hey Meca,
Welcome and thank you for writing here. Yes, there are contact centers in Bahrain. Without them, our customer support requests will never be fulfilled across telecom and the banking domains. Not missing out the 'reach the government" initiative.
With respect to employment on a tourist visa, I really cant comment about the applicable laws of employment on a tourist visa.
