Hi all,

Born in and lived my first 40 years in OZ; next 15 in USA plus 12 months living in Wales and these past 7 months I've been happily living in England.
So I classify myself and my hub as a "Citizen Of The World".
However, with living abroad comes concerns for us now with regards to drawing of a Pension whilst residing in UK or if I returned to OZ after living abroad.   I've still got 17 years to reach the required Pension age.

I invite you to read my other post regarding Expat Pensions in UK & OZ  and welcome your input.
As I've posted a question on this forum and would welcome hearing from any members with experience, knowledge and updated facts to please respond on this post.  Or pm me directly. Thanks in Advance!

G'day Everyone,

I was born and bred in Indonesia, and I came to Australia 4 years ago because I got married to OZ resident. When I was in Indonesia, I worked in banking industry as cash management supervisor. In OZ, I used to worked in hospitallity industries for 2 years, at the moment I'm stay at home wife :) but thinking to go back to work (hospitallity or others industries) in the future.

My main reason joining expat.com because I'm looking for friends in Melbourne and hopefully will become my Melbourne besties :) and second reason is to have friends all around the worlds.

Please feel free to pm me, cheers. Suri
