Sorry that I had to do it this way but the silly thing wouldn't let me just reply to you under the topic.

Okay, getting work here as a non-Kazakh may be a little hard right now as jobs are not plentiful.  However, that said, you should still not count it out.  I would suggest since your wife is from here to come for a visit and check out the jobs that may be open for non-Kazakhs.  If you have the qualifications for teaching then leave your CV at every school you can.  For many University and colleges they now require a PhD.  However, you may find exceptions like I did. 

If you are fluent in English you can always hire yourself out as a private tutor.  You can do this "under the radar" for the most part.  You should also check with embassies to see if they know of any jobs, or even have jobs.  If you are serious about wanting to work here it can happen.  It took me 4 years before the door opened, and 3 of those years was in just laying down the ground work of networking.  I'm sure it could have happened faster if I had pushed harder but then I wasn't really in a rush.
