i m renting a room in Nice Port area for 350 euros/month all incluted
calm and sunny room in 3 beds room flat, wifi, Tv, washing mashin, dish mashin free parking.(can be cheaper if u don t have car)
nice area all comodities 10 min walk from the old town and from the beach.
smoker allowed.
