I'm moving Mianyang in February and would also like to get to know people in the area.

Are you Chinese or another expat?

I'm hoping to move to Mianyang later this year, and I'm wondering if there's any type of "expat community" at all. I currently live in Hangzhou, which has a large number of foreigners so it's easier to meet people, but I'm not sure what the situation is like in Mianyang.
