I am fresher mechanical engineer, i am indian & my family stays in kuwait, i want to ask that should i go to kuwait without work experience to get a job or should i get work experience here in india??
second is will i get opportunity to give interview on visit visa??

Having previous work experience will always be your greatest asset after your qualifications. Certainly all things being equal between candidates for any job vacancy the prospective employer is always going to choose the candidate with a proven track record, over one who just stepped out of school and has no experience.
By all means, take the time to build up some work experience before you try to re-settle to another country. It will only help you.
