Luggage moving from one place to another

Hello,

We are moving on 6th of December and we would need a mini-van or bigger car to move our stuff form one place to another. We do not have furniture, we will have 4 suitcases, some other small bags. The distance from one place to another is 5 km. Probably will take maximum 2 hours to move things. Can anyone give me an idea where I can find such transport?
