Road from Pregresso to Corozal, water is still to high for motorcycle. We received heavy rain last night, and occasional showers. From Pregrosso to Orange Walk Town no problems. In fact the road was graded just before elections.

Corozal Town north to border with Mexico...no problems with flooding on the road. Best suggestion as to what type of house to build...it is personal preference but wood houses are a constant maintenance issue.
