Hello there, got a job offer in PNG its 55,000php net so 3,400Kina. with free accomodation, transport, medical and return tickets.
Will be assign in Alotau. Is PNG now safe? And can i survive with that salary?

Alatau is a good place .... you can live on standard Filipino diet with K800 per month as subsistence ... if you're male no problem ... safe from gang-rape but if female ... am so doubtful.
