The section at the U.S. Embassy here that handles Veterans Affairs would know. That's Citizen Services at the Embassy....

The VFW and Legion websites list only states within the U.S. in their search-for-a-post options. They have contact-us buttons on their website welcome pages...

There are meetings once a month for all veterans in Cuenca and a Facebook veterans group out of Salinas….
