Hi All,
Just want to ask for a friend.
He is Filipino/Egyptian, born and raised in Dubai. He is currently 27 years old.
Is it possible for him to get an Egyptian Passport - his mother is Egyptian. But she is currently living in the Philippines.
Is this possible? - How can he do this, does he need to go to Egypt?
I really need your help.

Go to the nearest Egypt Embassy and ask, they have all the info you'll need.

i think yes , if his mother is egyptian then he should get the passport , but i'm not sure if he can get it from the embassy , i think he should come to egypt first then apply for the citizenship first and that takes time , but i'm not sure , you will get the right info from the embassy , they will tell him what he should do
