Read also all the others forums about Job for foreigners as Thailand is a protective country and many job are prohibited to foreigners, Thailand is looking for teachers, well qualified foreigners in area where it is difficult to find locals people, and investor.
There are too many constraints for a company to recruit a foreigner, reason why the company will proceed for a well qualified people.
Just forget about your idea to find a job as a barman, even if you invest in this area...
