Help me please with my problem - I need to congratulate cousin. I saw him only 2 times in life, but he is going to marrу now, and it would not be quite right not to congratulate him and his wife.
They live in Baku and I can not come to them just NOW.
what do you advise?

I can advise you something... Don`t go anywhere, you can just to send some gift for them, with flowers.
I know one flowers delivery service az-flowers.com - it`s a good one. I know because my boyfriend from Baku often sending flowers to me)
