I have Nine years of Experience in the field of Electronics,
I gave interview for position - "service engineer" in vehicle tracking system through GPS, Pls let me know what is the standard salary and how much could I expect for nine year experience as service engg in Oman. Currently I am drawing 4.2 lakhs per annum in India.

Hi uel,
You cannot convert your Indian Rupees salary to Omani Rials directly. That does not work.
You must mention what has been offered in Rials Omani to give you an idea of if it is is good or not.
I do not know of your industry, or what the salary structures there are. Sorry.
If you are not being offered family status then that means your salary is less than R.O. 600/-.
