HI my name is Robert Oliveri and I was born in Port Moresby European Hospital in the 1950's well before independence. I am trying to get my own Birth Certificate replaced and I am running into some difficulties. So I was wondering if someone up there could assist me. I was told to ring the hospital however all I got there was some smarty wanting US$1500 to fax me a fake copy. From what I read now it is probably the Department of Community. Can anyone help me with some information? Thanks

Thank you I hope your father is enjoying his career. I worked with the PNGDF Air Transport Squadron from OCT 1987 to DEC 1989 when it was based in Lae. I made some good friends there.
