Looking for a house to rent in Lusaka

Hello everyone!

I hope to get tips from you on how to find an accommodation in Zambia, preferably a house for rent.
Me and my husband will move to Lusaka on April 2016 and we are hoping to find an affordable but nice and clean house near the University Teaching Hospital.
Are there reliable websites which advertise houses/space for rent?
How much is the average/reasonable cost for housing?
Are there any locations which we should avoid (for example, due to water, security problems)?
I will appreciate any help and tips  :) you can give me.
