I'm sorry dear, but this isn't the right forum to ask for accommodation. Try to look for accommodation in other fora, such as via friends in Egypt if you have that, colleagues, work, schools, or simply taking a lesser type of apartment while you look for something.
If you haven't lived in Cairo, Egypt before, then I strongly advice you to get more accustomed to the place before looking for a proper place. Just a thought, you be the judge.
